Why add Chlorhexidine gluconate to a natural shampoo base? This product is an alternative for cats, dogs and horses that do need this type of therapy but they react to commercial products. For dogs, cats and horses 8 weeks of age or older. Wet coat thoroughly with warm water and apply shampoo starting from the head, neck, shoulders, body and legs. Leave on between 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse and dry. For better results repeat procedure. Do not apply shampoo in the eyes or inside the ears.
